Natalie Morrison

Driven by a passion for inclusive education, Natalie leads Chayah Education with a focus on creating personalised, compassionate learning experiences for children and young people who face barriers in mainstream schools.

Professional Experience & Expertise

Natalie has extensive experience in children’s social care, safeguarding, and supporting young people who struggle to engage with education. Her background spans child protection, youth offending, residential care, and teaching English in both UK and international settings. This equips her with the skills to guide learners who are often marginalised or misunderstood.

Approach & Leadership

Natalie champions a child-centred, trauma-informed approach. She believes that building trust, confidence, and resilience is key to enabling learners to re-engage with education and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Future Development

As Chayah Education grows, Natalie is committed to continuous professional development across the team, including assessor qualifications, teacher training (QTS), and advanced counselling skills. This ensures the organisation continues to deliver holistic, high-quality support.

Our Mission

Empowering every learner to succeed

At Chayah Education, we provide personalised, trauma-aware, and relationship-led support so that every child and young person can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. We work with families, schools, and local authorities to create learning experiences that build confidence, skills, and a sense of possibility for the future.

Our Mission

To deliver flexible, high-quality education and life skills support for children and young people who face barriers to mainstream schooling, ensuring that no learner is left behind.

Our Vision

A world where every learner has access to education that meets their individual needs, fosters resilience, and opens clear pathways to recognised qualifications and future opportunities.

Our Promise

To be a trusted partner for families and schools, offering personalised support, practical guidance, and measurable progress for every child we work with.

Our Story

A response to real needs

Chayah Education was established in 2024 to support children and young people who weren’t thriving in mainstream schools. It grew from seeing first-hand how many learners struggle to engage when traditional approaches don’t fit their needs.

Starting Out

From the beginning, the focus has been on creating flexible, tailored learning programmes. We wanted to offer more than just academic tuition – combining support for wellbeing, confidence, and life skills with learning so that each child could make progress in a way that works for them.

Developing our Approach

Over time, we have built strong partnerships with schools, families, and local authorities, learning what works best for each learner. Our approach combines academic excellence with compassionate support, creating an environment where students feel safe, valued, and capable of achieving their goals. It has grown with experience, adapting to meet individual needs while staying grounded in practical, achievable goals.

Making a Difference

Chayah Education now supports learners to regain confidence, engage with education, and achieve recognised qualifications. Every step we take is about helping young people feel capable, supported, and ready for the next stage in their lives.
